Blue Tahini Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 2 dates, pitted and chopped (and soaked in water for 10 minutes if not using a high-speed blender)
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 serving Purely Inspired® Organic Protein, French Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
  • 2 tbsp. tahini
  • 1 tbsp. ground flaxseed
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
  2. Garnish with a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds if desired.
