Ingredients:
Peanut Butter & Jam Cupcakes:
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 tbsp. peanut flour
- 1 tbsp. stevia
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp. baking powder
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 serving Purely Inspired® Organic Protein, French Vanilla
Directions:
1. Throw all ingredients into a food processor for about 2 to 3 minutes.
2. Next, divide the batter among 12 muffin tins.
3. Bake at 350°F for about 15 to 17 minutes, or until your fork doesn’t have any batter sticking to it when you press into a cupcake.

- 2 tbsp. peanut flour
- 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 serving Purely Inspired® Organic Protein, French Vanilla
Directions:
1. Mix the protein and peanut flour into the yogurt. Stir well. Then, take a spoonful and put it on top of your cupcakes!
