When you’re trying to eat healthy, it can be tough to avoid a delicious bowl of ice cream. This mint chocolate chip protein ice cream is made with healthy ingredients to satisfy your sweet tooth the right way!
Ingredients:
- 4 frozen bananas, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves (or mint extract)
- 1 1/2 cups baby spinach leaves
- 1/4-1/2 cup of milk of choice
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
- 2 servings Purely Inspired® Organic Protein, French Vanilla
Directions:
Blend together all ingredients except for chocolate chips until very smooth. You can eat ice cream as is or freeze for an hour to make it more scoopable. Top with or mix in chocolate chips.
