Ingredients:
- 1 cup oat flour
- 2 TBS maple syrup
- 1 scoop #PurelyInspired Organic Protein Powder in French Vanilla
- 1/3 cup nut butter (melted to make stirring easier) – 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 1/2 TSP cinnamon
- 1/2 TSP ground ginger
- 1/2 TSP ground nutmeg
- 1/4 TSP ground cloves or 2 TSP Pumpkin Pie Spice
- Chocolate chips
Directions:
- Mix your ingredients in a bowl with a rubber spatula or spoon
- Refrigerate for 10 mins before rolling into balls
- Roll into ball shape
- Top with caramel and cinnamon sugar (optional)
