Baked Oats with a Chocolate Peanut Butter Center

Ingredients

  • 3 cups square cereal of choice
  • 1/2 cup Purely Inspired Plantopia protein powder in Tahitian Vanilla
  • Toss dry ingredients in a large bowl
  • In a microwave safe bowl, combine the following ingredients
  • 1 tbs. maple syrup
  • 1 heaping spoonful almond butter or nut butter of choice
  • 2 tbs. almond milk

Directions

  1. Microwave and stir
  2. Combine all ingredients together, then evenly coat the mixture with 1 TBS cacao powder. Enjoy right away!
