For an on-the-go sweet treat that packs a protein punch, try out this vanilla filled recipe!
Pre-heat the oven to 350°
- 1 mashed banana
- 3/4 cup oats (blended into flour)
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 2 scoops of Purely Inspired Organic Protein in French Vanilla
- 1 tsp of baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder dash of cinnamon splash of vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 3/4 cup egg whites or substitute
- Bake in 350° F for 15 – 18 minutes. Enjoy!
